  • A valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID

  • The document completely filled out except for signatures

  • All signers present (physically or online)

For RON Sessions

  • Stable internet connection

  • Device with camera + microphone

  • Ability to upload your document

  • Knowledge‑based authentication (KBA) and ID verification

For Apostille Requests

  • Original document or certified copy

  • State of issuance

  • Destination country (for Hague vs. non‑Hague)
